“ Great service with hot pho noodles soup for cold Switzerland winter. Like the casual cafe vibe that serves appetizers, fried rice and thinly sliced beef noodles soup with clean, rich tasting broth. Our child was not feeling great, made a mess and the staff were very helpful and understanding. They serve freshly made, hot coffee too! Thank you! ”

“ The Pho was so tasty and warm on a cold rainy day. The Bao buns take about 20’minutes to make so be prepared to wait, but the wait is worth it! Also they are big enough to either have alone as a meal or to share. ”

“ Nice atmosphere and good food. A couple of the waitstaff seem a bit new to service but this is a new restaurant and I am sure that they will get the hang of it. We got 4 dishes, all were pretty good. Really enjoyed The TOFU and VIETNAMESE PICKLED CABBAGE in the Vermicelli noodles. We will definitely go back to try some more dishes. “ Ok. I will not mince my words. The most expensive pho I have eaten to date. But, at least it was authentic tasting. No bean sprouts. Not sure if this is readily available here. The summer rolls do not really come with any dipping sauce except for soy sauce? Everything considered, not too bad. ”

“ Very nice Vietnamese/asian cuisine. Interlaken has lots of good Indian restaurants , but after trying Indian for few days we wanted to try something different and Bub Brothers didn’t disappoint. Located in a nice & quaint neighborhood. Food is very good depending on what you order. We tried noodle soup, noodles with tofu, chicken with rice. Drinks we ordered were nice as well. We did ask for Chilli on the side to add to our taste. Overall very nice food. ”
